由中国社会科学院荣誉学部委员李步云研究员和高全喜研究员承担的《马克思主义法学原理》研究课题,近期在北京中国社科院法学所召开了一次学术座谈会。会议围绕着“马克思主义法学与中国法治实践”展开了深入的讨论,大家分别就马克思主义法学在中国当代的发展、转型与中国化问题,以及如何建设性地推进马克思主义法学在中国法治实践中的指导地位,如何解决目前改革开放中所出现的诸多理论问题,如何把马克思主义的法学构建与新时期我党提出的以人为本、社会主义法治国家与和谐社会建设紧密地结合起来,提出了各自的观点与看法。课题组认为,马克思主义作为指导中国社会主义现代化建设的理论指南,博大精深,富有高度的原则性和实践性,中国社会主义经历了五十年的发展取得了丰硕的成就,目前在新的历史时期,党中央提出了全面建设小康社会的战略目标,如何落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,迫切需要我们把马克思主义与中国社会主义实践结合起来。就马克思主义法学与中国社会主义法治实践来看,我们要在坚持马克思主义法学根本精神和基本原理的前提下,致力于中国化的理论创新,在新的历史条件下,积极吸收古今中外一切合理的理论内核,在实事求是的马克思主义原则指导下,构建社会主义的法治国家理论。与会学者的观点和意见对于我们深入理解马克思主义法学原理,思考马克思主义法学的中国化问题,推进我们的社会主义法治实践,实事求是地解决中国法制建设面临的一些法治疑难问题,都是有所裨益的。

The Task Force believes that Marxism, as a theoretical guide to guiding the socialist modernization in China, is profound and full of profound principle and practice. China’s socialism has achieved fruitful achievements in its development for 50 years.
