针对不同间距卸压钻孔设计5种试验方案,在禾草沟二号煤矿1105工作面回风顺槽进行现场试验。沿空巷道内,随着卸压钻孔间距的增大,巷道顶板压力与巷道顶、底板位移差异较大,间距150 mm与间距400 mm卸压钻孔对应区域的顶、底板位移量分别为138 mm与193 mm。综合考虑卸压效果、施工难度等因素,确定200 mm为卸压钻孔的最优间距。
According to five kinds of test schemes of pressure-relief borehole with different spacing, field test was carried out in the return air groove of 1105 working face of No. 2 coal mine in Hecaogou Coal Mine. Along with the increase of pressure relief borehole spacing, the displacement of roof and floor of roadway varies greatly with the displacement of roof and floor of roadway. The displacement of roof and floor of the corresponding area of pressure relief borehole with spacing of 150 mm and spacing of 400 mm are 138 mm and 193 mm. Considering the pressure relief effect, construction difficulty and other factors, determine the optimal spacing of 200 mm for pressure relief drilling.
