目的:制备盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片并探讨其体外释放机理。方法:以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,以乳糖、可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素调节释放度,采用正交试验法进行处方优化,用数学模型拟合释放曲线。结果:HPMC、乳糖的用量对释药有显著性影响,盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片的体外释药符合零级释放模型。结论:盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片处方设计合理,可进一步开发。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare buspirone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and investigate its mechanism of in vitro release. Methods: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) was used as matrix material to adjust the release of lactose, compressible starch and microcrystalline cellulose. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the formulation. The release curve was fitted by mathematical model. Results: The dosage of HPMC and lactose had a significant effect on drug release. Buspirol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in vitro release conformed to the zero-order release model. CONCLUSION: Buspirone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets are well designed and can be further developed.
