在浙江进入转型升级的关键期、迈向高水平全面小康的决胜期,“补短板”成为这一时期的重大理论和实践命题。当前,各领域的短板已成为扼住浙江高水平发展的症结。既然无法绕行,就必须直面问题,补齐各领域短板,寻求浙江发展的平衡点和着力点。浙江的短板体现在哪些领域?创新能力不强,“浙江制造”长期处于全球产业链低端,有效投资不够精准,生态问题日益突出,民生治理不够深入,交通建设缺乏统筹规划……这一系列既存已久的短板,浙江必须一一补齐。
In the crucial period of Zhejiang’s entering into the transformation and upgrading, it has become a major theoretical and practical proposition during this period in order to reach the high-level victory day for a comprehensive well-to-do society. At present, the short board in all fields has become the crux of strangling Zhejiang’s high-level development. Since it can not bypass it, it must face the problem, make up shortcomings in various fields and seek a balance and focus on the development of Zhejiang. What are the shortcomings of Zhejiang Province? Innovation is not strong, “Zhejiang manufacturing ” long-term in the global low-end industrial chain, the effective investment is not precise enough, the ecological problems have become increasingly prominent, livelihood governance is not deep enough, lack of overall planning for transport construction ...... This series of long-standing short board, Zhejiang must be filled one by one.
