对利用液膜法从湿法炼锌系统中分离提取镓的工艺进行了系统研究,确定了分离提取镓的最佳液膜条件。结果表明,在最佳条件下Ga3+的迁移率为985%,内水相可富集近1000倍,Zn2+、Cu2+、Ge4+及Fe3+等杂质对Ga3+的迁移影响很小。
The process of separating and extracting gallium from hydrometallurgical system by liquid film method was studied systematically, and the optimum liquid film condition for separating and extracting gallium was determined. The results show that under the optimal conditions, the mobility of Ga3 + is 985%, and the inner aqueous phase can be enriched nearly 1000 times. The impurities such as Zn2 +, Cu2 +, Ge4 + and Fe3 + have little effect on the migration of Ga3 +.
