采用土壤盒栽和稻瘟病菌接种,研究了施用高效硅肥对水稻稻瘟病抗性的影响。结果表明:施用高效硅肥,水稻叶瘟和穗瘟的病情指数分别降低505%和268%;植株SiO2含量提高3~4倍,细胞壁增厚,全N、蛋白-N、非蛋白-N等含量减少,剑叶表面硅化细胞增加,而不施硅肥的则很少。统计分析表明:水稻植株SiO2含量与叶瘟、穗瘟的病情指数呈负相关,r=-09925和-09683;水稻体内全N和非蛋白-N含量与叶瘟病情指数呈正相关,r=09695和09847。
