方法:将成年雄性大鼠睾丸切除,20d后ig当归醇沉物20d,观察血钙、血脂、抗氧化功能及脏器指数的变化。结果:大鼠去势后血钙明显下降,血中胆固醇及甘油三脂明显升高,血清及肝脏脂质过氧化产物MDA显著增多,肝脏、胸腺、肾上腺与器官重量明显低于正常组,给予当归醇沉物后,除对胆固醇无明显影响外,均可逆转上述指标。结论:当归醇沉物对去势大鼠血钙、血脂代谢及抗氧化功能、脏器指数产生有益影响。
METHODS: Male testes were removed from adult male rats and 20 days later, ig angel alcohol subsidence was observed for 20 days. The changes of serum calcium, lipids, antioxidant function and organ index were observed. RESULTS: After ovariectomy, serum calcium decreased significantly, cholesterol and triglycerides in blood increased significantly, serum lipids and hepatic lipid peroxidation product MDA increased significantly, liver, thymus, adrenal gland and organ weight were significantly lower than normal group. After the ethanol sinking of Angelica sinensis, the above indicators can be reversed except for no significant effect on cholesterol. CONCLUSION: Angelica alcohol sinks have a beneficial effect on calcium, lipid metabolism, antioxidation and organ index in ovariectomized rats.
