方法:采用稀释法消除抗生素,测定体外环丙沙星对肺炎克雷白菌、绿脓杆菌临床分离菌株的PAE、PASME。结果:环丙沙星在8、16MIC两个药物浓度下对肺炎克雷白菌的PAE为6.6±1.3h,7.2±1.5h;绿脓杆菌的临床分离菌株的PAE分别为:7.8±0.8h,8.5±0.6h。环丙沙星对绿脓杆菌的PAE稍长于对肺炎克雷白菌的PAE,相同浓度的抗生素对同一菌株的PASME长于PAE
Methods: The antibiotics were eliminated by dilution method, and the PAE and PASME of Ciprofloxacin and Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates in vitro were determined. Results: PAE of Ciprofloxacin against Corynebacterium pneumoniae in Ciprofloxacin at the concentrations of 8 and 16MIC were 6.6 ± 1.3h and 7.2 ± 1.5h, respectively. The PAE of clinically isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were As follows: 7.8 ± 0.8h, 8.5 ± 0.6h.
