1 实验方法选取健康体重18～22g小白鼠30只,雌雄兼有,随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组10只。低剂量组每只银耳多糖灌胃5000mg/kg体重,中剂量组10000mg/kg体重,高剂量组20000mg/kg体重。给药容积:低量组0.1ml/10g;中量组0.15ml/kg;高量组0.2ml/10g。
1 Experimental method 30 healthy mice weighing 18-22g were selected, both male and female, were randomly divided into low-dose group, middle-dose group, and high-dose group, 10 in each group. In the low-dose group, Tremella Polysaccharides were intragastrically administered at a dose of 5000 mg/kg body weight, medium-dose group 10000 mg/kg body weight, and high-dose group 20000 mg/kg body weight. Dosage volume: low dose group 0.1ml/10g; middle dose group 0.15ml/kg; high dose group 0.2ml/10g.
