本文为对床身进行优化设计提供条件,对普通床身各阶模态的研究和分析后,通过建立机床的三维有限元模型,指出了床身结构刚度的薄弱环节和影响机器性能的原因,得出了机床固有频率和振型,各阶振型模态的相关特点以及振型关系,通过分析结合板的厚度对机床机床固有频率的影响,得出影响机床频率的主要因素,从而提出了床身零件的改进建议,实现了床身结构的优选。
In this paper, we provide the conditions for the optimal design of the bed. After the research and analysis of the various modes of the bed, the three-dimensional finite element model of the machine tool is established. The weaknesses of the stiffness of the bed structure and the reasons that affect the performance of the machine are pointed out. Through the analysis of the influence of the thickness of the bonding plate on the natural frequency of the machine tool, the main factors that affect the frequency of the machine tool are obtained, and then the relationship between the vibration mode and the natural frequency of the machine tool is obtained. Improvement of the bed parts recommendations, to achieve the preferred bed structure.
