商业银行客户纠纷多元化解决机制的法律探讨

当前商业银行客户纠纷呈现出多样化的特征,面对客户纠纷,商业银行所采取的解决争议的手段相对较为单一,无法适应目前客户纠纷多样化的特征。为有效解决客户纠纷,本文建议商业银行应建立多元化的客户纠纷解决机制。 At present, the disputes among commercial banks are diversified. In the face of customer disputes, the means by which commercial banks solve disputes are relatively simple and can not meet the diversified characteristics of current customer disputes. In order to effectively solve customer disputes, this paper suggests that commercial banks should establish a wide range of customer dispute resolution mechanisms.
