采用静脉注射垂体后叶素或皮下注射异丙肾上腺素造成小鼠或大鼠急性缺血、缺氧性心肌损伤 ,并以舒心口服液治疗。结果表明 :舒心口服液能对抗垂体后叶素引起的心电图S -T段下移 ,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力 ,HE染色显示能减轻大鼠心肌组织损伤程度 ,降低大鼠血清丙二醛、磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及LDH1含量 ,增加LDH2 /LDH1的比值。 Intravenous injection of pituitrin or subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol caused acute ischemia and hypoxic myocardial injury in mice or rats and was treated with Shuxin Oral Liquid. The results showed that Shuxin Oral Liquid could resist the down-shift of the S-T segment in the electrocardiogram induced by pituitrin and improve the ability of mice to bear hypoxia. HE staining showed that the degree of myocardial tissue damage could be reduced and the rat serum MDA could be reduced. Phosphocreatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and LDH1 levels increased LDH2/LDH1 ratio.
