本文通过对黑龙江省 2 1家国有企业青年职工、团干部和企业领导的定量与定性的调查 ,对当前国企青工的思想、工作状况以及团组织的建设加以描述 ,并针对现代企业制度下青年工作的内容与方向的更新提出了有价值的建议。
This paper describes the quantitative and qualitative investigation of the heads of young workers, group cadres and enterprises in 21 state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and describes the current state-owned enterprises’ ideology, working conditions and the construction of CYL organizations.
