本研究所在横须贺市长沢地区建立的卫星通信实验站可供采用亚毫米波频带的国内卫星通信研究用。本实验站在世界上首先采用亚毫米波和微波公用天线并能在此两种频带内同时进行通信实验。卫星的遥测频带可以是甚高频、微波和亚毫米波中的任一种。同样,也能用三种频带对卫星进行跟踪,卫星的指令频带可采用甚高频和微波。本站备有集中监控设备以监测设备的工作情况,并能迅速处理故障。本文叙述建设本实验站时所期望的条件,筹划制定适合于这些条件的措施,建设状况和建成的实验站情况。
The satellite communication experimental station established by Yokosuka, Mayor of Yokosuka, in this research institute can be used for the research of domestic satellite communications in the sub-millimeter wave band. The experimental station in the world first to use sub-millimeter-wave and microwave common antenna and in these two frequency bands at the same time communication experiments. Telemetry bands for satellites can be any of VHF, microwave and submillimeter waves. Similarly, the satellite can also be tracked in three frequency bands, the satellite’s command band can be very high frequency and microwave. Site has centralized monitoring equipment to monitor the work of equipment, and can quickly handle the fault. This article describes the conditions expected in the construction of the experimental station, plans to formulate suitable measures for these conditions, construction status and the completion of the experimental station situation.
