塔脚法兰是管体与基础相互连接的重要构件,现有规范、规程对法兰节点的焊缝应力计算并不完善,尤其是对刚性法兰条件下的焊缝研究。本文以某50m高通信单管塔为背景,采用ANSYS软件对塔脚法兰节点进行有限元分析,并与现有规范、规程的计算结果进行比较。结果表明:现有规范、规程对法兰节点焊缝强度的计算具有很高的余度,不能够准确反映法兰节点的受力状态。基于此,本文提出了刚性法兰条件下的焊缝计算方法,为法兰节点的准确合理设计提供重要的依据。
The tower foot flange is an important component of the connection between the pipe body and the foundation. The existing codes and procedures are not perfect in calculating the weld stress of the flange joint, especially for the research of the weld under the rigid flange. In this paper, a 50m high communication single tube tower as the background, the use of ANSYS software to conduct the finite element analysis of the tower foot flange node, and with the existing specifications, procedures and the results were compared. The results show that the existing codes and regulations have a high margin for the calculation of the weld joint strength of the flange joints and can not accurately reflect the stress state of the flange joints. Based on this, this paper presents a method of calculating the weld under the condition of rigid flange, which provides an important basis for accurate and reasonable design of flange joints.
