遗尿是指年满3周岁以上小儿在睡眠中经常不自主的排尿,俗称“尿床”。我们对138例小儿遗尿患者进行针刺治疗,现将结果报道如下。一般资料138例患儿中,男82例,女56例;年龄最小3岁,最大11岁;病程3年以内85例,3年以上53例。138例患儿分成3组,A组(采用针刺加耳压疗法)37例,其中男23例,女14例;年龄最小7岁,最大11岁。B组(采用针刺疗法)52例,其中男30例,女22例;年龄最小6岁,最大11岁。C组(采用耳压疗法)49例,其中男29例,女20例;年龄最小3岁,最大10岁。治疗方法1.体针取关元、中极、足三里、三阴交为主穴,配以膀胱俞、气海、脾俞。主穴每次用2穴,配穴运用可根据病因病机随症选用。如
