目的:探讨保持下颌骨连续性的改良型边缘性下颌骨切除在舌癌联合根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取我院接受舌癌根治术的95例患者作为观察研究对象。随机将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组52例采取常规下颌骨节段性切除,观察组43例采取保持下颌骨连续性的改良型边缘性下颌骨切除,比较两组患者治疗效果、预后结局以及术后口腔功能情况。结果:术后3年随访结果显示两组生存率、肿瘤复发、淋巴结转移率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组口腔功能、颜面外形评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舌癌根治术中采用改良型边缘性下颌骨切除可有效保持下颌骨连续性,并且可改善患者口腔功能以及颜面外形。
Objective: To explore the effect of modified marginal mandibular resection with radical mastectomy in preserving mandibular continuity. Methods: A total of 95 patients undergoing radical resection of tongue cancer in our hospital were selected as observational subjects. Randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group of 52 patients underwent conventional mandibular segmental resection, the observation group of 43 patients with mandibular continuity to maintain the modified marginal mandibular resection, the treatment of two groups were compared, the prognosis Outcome and postoperative oral function. Results: The follow-up results at 3 years after operation showed no significant difference in survival rate, tumor recurrence and lymph node metastasis between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, oral function and facial contour scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Modified marginal mandibular resection can effectively maintain the continuity of the mandible and can improve oral function and facial appearance in patients with tongue cancer.
