应用型高校的广播电视学专业培养的是具备知识和实践创新能力有机融合的专业人才。大多数的高校意识到了学生实践能力培养的重要性,但各课程实践内容安排各自为政,课堂教学内容缺少特色,与本地就业实际需求脱节。因此,该专业实践课堂教学改革势在必行。通过整合实践课程内容、校内校外协同合作、创新教学方法、“工作室”制度的实施,解决由教学条件不足而带来的人才培养质量的问题,并结合地方优势,摸索创新人才培养模式。
The broadcasting-television major of application-oriented colleges and universities cultivates the professionals with the organic integration of knowledge and practical innovation ability. Most colleges and universities realize the importance of cultivating practical ability of students. However, the contents of each course are arranged in isolation, and the content of classroom teaching lacks characteristics and is out of step with the actual needs of local employment. Therefore, the professional practice of classroom teaching reform is imperative. Through the integration of practical courses, collaborative work between schools and schools, innovative teaching methods and the implementation of “studios” system, we can solve the problem of quality of personnel training brought by the lack of teaching conditions and explore the mode of cultivating innovative talents with the help of local advantages .
