目的对在宫腹腔镜的引导下利用cook导丝技术对患有不孕症的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取102例患有不孕症的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组51例。A组患者在宫腹腔镜引导下进行常规手术治疗;B组患者在宫腹腔镜引导下利用cook导丝技术进行治疗。结果 B组患者经过手术治疗后的总有效率明显高于A组患者;该组患者的手术所用时间和住院治疗时间明显短于A组患者;两组患者在围术期内均没有出现术式原因导致的并发症。结论在宫腹腔镜的引导下利用cook导丝技术对患有不孕症的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with infertility by the guidewire technique of laparoscopy in palace laparoscopy. Methods A total of 102 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with infertility were selected and divided into groups A and B, with an average of 51 cases in each group. A group of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under the guidance of conventional surgery; B group of patients under the guidance of laparoscopic hysteroscopic guide wire treatment. Results The total effective rate after operation in group B was significantly higher than that in group A; the operation time and hospitalization time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A. No operation was found in the two groups during perioperative period Cause of the complications. Conclusions The clinical effect of using cook wire technology in the treatment of patients with infertility under the guidance of laparoscopy of uterus is very obvious.
