目的:总结1例婴儿母细胞性浆细胞样树突细胞肿瘤并发中枢浸润的护理经验。方法:对1例母细胞性浆细胞样树突细胞肿瘤并发中枢浸润患儿的护理方法进行总结和分析。结果:经过治疗及精心护理，本例患儿强化治疗结束，病情稳定，处于完全缓解状态。结论:针对此病例患儿，做好皮肤黏膜、鞘内化疗、用药及家长心理等护理，加强病情观察，重视感染预防，可以减少化疗并发症发生，提高生存率。“,”Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of a case of infant blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm with central infiltration.Methods:To summarize and analyze the nursing methods of a child with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm with central infiltration.Results:After treatment and careful nursing, the patient's condition was stable and in complete remission.Conclusion:For the children in this case, good care of the nursing of skin and mucosa, intrathecal chemotherapy, medication and parental psychology, strengthen the observation of the disease, pay attention to infection prevention, can reduce the incidence of chemotherapy complications and improve survival rates.
