炼油厂产生的含油污泥占含油污泥的比重很大,且其含油率较高,具有一定的回收利用价值。实验采用化学洗涤法在平平加-20和硅酸钠溶液为洗脱液的条件下对含油污泥进行处理并回收原油,确定硅酸钠在液固质量比为6︰1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为20 min,质量分数为0.03%的条件下达到最佳洗脱液效果,残油率为5.3%。与之相比平平加-20的最佳处理效果虽然不比硅酸钠好,但是仍然具有一定的使用价值。
Oily sludge produced by the refinery accounts for a large proportion of oil sludge, and its high oil content, with a certain value of recycling. Experiments using chemical washing method in the level of plus -20 and sodium silicate solution as eluent conditions for the treatment of oily sludge and recovery of crude oil to determine the liquid-solid mass ratio of sodium silicate 6: 1, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the reaction time was 20 min, mass fraction of 0.03% under the conditions to achieve the best eluent effect, the residual oil rate of 5.3%. In contrast, even the best level of treatment plus -20 although not better than sodium silicate, but still has some use value.
