经济新常态下科技企业是中国重要的技术创新源泉之一,也是面临融资约束最严重的企业群体,本文针对我国科技金融的发展以及存在的问题提出了科技金融在制度建设和根基夯实两方面的发展对策。 Under the new economic normal, S & T enterprises are one of the most important sources of technological innovation in China. They are also facing the most financially constrained groups of enterprises. In view of the development of S & T finance in China and the existing problems, this paper puts forward that S & T financing should have both institutional and fundamental solid foundation Development Strategy.
