通过透视电镜对60例颅内肿瘤的超微结构进行了观察。其中神经上皮组织肿瘤25例,脑膜瘤18例,垂体腺瘤9例,听神经瘤5例,颅咽管瘤1例,转移瘤2例。观察结果显示,神经系统不同类型的肿瘤其超微结构特点不同。而且进一步发现脑膜瘤不仅起源于蛛网膜颗粒的间皮细胞,而且可同时起源于蛛网膜颗粒的结缔组织细胞;小脑髓母细胞中具有分化现象的细胞不存在互相转化现象。电镜观察对于颅内肿瘤的临床诊断、估计预后具有指导作用。
Ultrastructures of 60 cases of intracranial tumors were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Among them, there were 25 cases of neuroepithelial tumor, 18 cases of meningioma, 9 cases of pituitary adenoma, 5 cases of acoustic neuroma, 1 case of craniopharyngioma and 2 cases of metastases. Observations show that different types of tumors of the nervous system have different ultrastructural features. And further found that meningioma not only originated from the mesothelial cells of the arachnoid granules, but also originated from the connective tissue cells of the arachnoid granules. The cells with differentiation in the cerebellar medullocytes did not transform each other. Electron microscopy for the diagnosis of intracranial tumors, the prognosis of a guide.
