目的研究二氯海因消毒剂的消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用理化分析、悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该消毒剂的消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该二氯海因消毒剂有效氯质量分数为37%,经54℃存放14 d,有效氯含量下降率为1.06%。用有效氯浓度为6 000 mg/L该二氯海因消毒浸泡作用30 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值>5.0;用有效氯浓度为300 mg/L浸泡作用5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。该二氯海因消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值为1 876 mg/kg(体重),对小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性。结论该二氯海因消毒剂性能稳定,对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢都具有较好的杀灭效果,属于低毒物质,但无致微核作用。
Objective To study the disinfection-related properties of Dichlorohexin disinfectant and provide a scientific basis for its practical application. Methods The physical and chemical analysis, quantitative bactericidal test of suspension and animal experiment method were used to observe the disinfection related performance of the disinfectant. Results The effective chlorine content of Dichlorohydrin was 37%. After 54 days of storage, the effective chlorine content decreased by 1.06%. With the effective chlorine concentration of 6 000 mg / L, the Diclofenac disinfect and soak for 30 min, the average killing logarithm of B. subtilis var. Spores in the suspension was> 5.0; with the effective chlorine concentration of 300 mg / L, soaking effect 5 min, the average killing logarithm of E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in the suspension was> 5.0. The LD50 value of the dichlorohydrin disinfectant in mice was 1876 mg / kg (body weight) in acute oral toxicity test and negative for the results of micronucleus test in mice polychromatic erythrocytes. Conclusion The Dichlorohydrin disinfectant has stable performance and good killing effect on bacterial propagules, fungi and bacterial spores. It is a low toxicity substance but has no micronuclei effect.
