医院要想在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存发展,使得支出最小化,经济利益以及社会效益最大化,那么医院就离不开科学的财务管理。因为它直接关系到医院的经济命脉,也关系到医院的持续发展,更关系到医患关系的和谐。但是实现的医院财务管理工作中存在着诸多弊端,它已不适应现代化医院管理体制的需要,并已严重地阻碍了医院各项工作的开展与进行,所以找出上述问题产生的原因并加以解决是医院管理工作的当务之急。
