在西方教育思想史上,西方古代教育学家在谈起教育时,很少谈及女性教育,柏拉图是为数不多的在论述自己的教育思想时谈及女性教育的教育家之一。柏拉图是第一位提出男女两性具有相同的禀赋的人,在西方首先提出男女平等思想,也是首位提出男女教育平等的教育家。本文主要以分析柏拉图在《理想国》中女性观的具体内容,以期寻求对当代女性教育的启发和反思。 In the history of western educational thought, Western ancient educators rarely talk about women’s education when they talk about education. Plato is one of the few educators who talked about women’s education when discussing their own educational thoughts. Plato was the first to propose that men and women have the same endowments. He first proposed the concept of equality between men and women in the West and was also the first educator to put forward equality between men and women. This article mainly analyzes the concrete content of Plato ’s concept of women in The Republic, with a view to seeking enlightenment and reflection on contemporary female education.
