本研究把统计模拟即蒙特卡洛(MonteCarlo)方法,应用于复方制剂小儿复方苯巴比妥片(四组分)组分含量的分光光度测定,采用全面交叉组合实验设计,获得有限但足够的实验数据,用逐步回归法构造反映无限实体的UV-VIS不同波长下吸光度与组分含量经验关系的“最优”数学模型,用改良单纯形法寻优,求出未知样品诸组分的含量,本研究用统计模拟分光光度法测定,得到了令人满意的结果,建立了统计模拟分光光度法。
In this study, the Monte Carlo method was applied to the spectrophotometric determination of the content of the compound phenobarbital tablets (four components) in compound prescriptions. The experiment was designed by a comprehensive cross combination to obtain a limited but sufficient Experimental data, step by step regression method is used to construct an “optimal” mathematical model that reflects the empirical relationship between the absorbance and the component content of the UV-VIS at different wavelengths of an infinite entity. The improved simplex method is used to find out the content of the unknown components In this study, a statistical simulation spectrophotometric method was used to obtain satisfactory results and a statistical simulation spectrophotometry was established.
