用含6.8%党参花粉的饲料喂注射过四氯化碳(CCl_4)0.5ml/kg次/5天的小鼠,结果表明党参花粉能减轻CCl_4对小鼠肝脏的损伤,防止损伤所致血清白蛋白、肝脏蛋白的减少。形态学检查结果显示饲喂党参花粉的小鼠肝细胞脂变、坏死和轻微组织增生,修复完好。表明党参花粉对CCl_4所致的肝损伤具有保护作用。
