通过线性升温条件下的热重(TG)分析和差示扫描量热法(DSC),分别研究了铅盐燃速催化剂LBC对AP、HMX和GAP粘合剂体系等GAP推进剂主要组分热分解行为的影响,测定和比较了它们的热分解特征量和质量损失。证实LBC促进了AP高温分解温度的降低及其低温段的放热量增加,并使其低温段的热分解速率加快,对AP的热分解行为产生明显的催化作用;对GAP粘合剂的放热峰温和质量损失的影响不明显,但对硝酸酯增塑剂和纯GAP的放热量产生显著影响;对HMX的热分解行为几乎没有影响。
The main components of GAP propellants, such as AP, HMX and GAP binder systems, were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) The effects of decomposition behavior were measured and their thermal decomposition characteristics and mass loss were measured and compared. It was confirmed that LBC promoted the decrease of pyrolysis temperature of AP and the increase of exothermic amount in the low temperature section and accelerated the rate of thermal decomposition in the low temperature section of LAP, which obviously catalyzed the thermal decomposition of AP. The effect of mild temperature and mass loss was not obvious, but had a significant effect on the exothermic amount of nitrate plasticizer and pure GAP, but had little effect on the thermal decomposition behavior of HMX.
