目的观察复方羊角颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将门诊病例84例随机分为治疗组45例,对照组39例,治疗组采用复方羊角颗粒和盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,并统计两组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组的总有效率为71.8%,两组总有效率比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论复方羊角颗粒与盐酸氟桂利嗪合用治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fufang Shuguang granules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride on migraine. Methods Eighty-four outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 39). The treatment group was treated with Fufang Gengjue Granules and Flunarizine Hydrochloride, while the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 71.8% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compound croaker granules and Flunarizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine have a good effect.
