皮肤血管瘤是源于皮肤毛细血管的良性肿瘤 ,多发于刚出生或出生不久的婴儿 ,发生率为2 % [1 ] ,也有报道[2 ] 其发生率高达 3%～ 8%。部分患者 7岁前可自行消退 ,但仍有部分患者持续发展 ,引起畸形和影响其某些生理功能 [3]。目前治疗皮肤血管瘤的方法较多 ,包括硬化剂、外科手 Dermal hemangiomas are benign tumors originating from the skin’s capillaries, occurring mostly in infants born or born soon, with an incidence of 2% [1]. It has also been reported [2] that the incidence is as high as 3% to 8%. Some patients may resolve on their own before the age of 7, but some patients continue to develop, causing abnormalities and affecting some of their physiological functions [3]. At present, there are many methods for treating hemangiomas in skin, including sclerosing agents and surgical hands.
