采用近流线数值计算方法,对具有复杂喷嘴形状的水平浓淡风燃烧器在四角切圆流场中一次风射流的刚性进行了详细的数值模拟计算,并结合在300MW四角切圆煤粉燃烧锅炉上的应用和工业性试验研究,得出了通过调节侧二次风与一次风的动量比,来调节一次风射流刚性、控制一次风射流的偏斜,进而改善炉内燃烧两相流场、水冷壁壁面附近的烟气气氛,同时实现了防水冷壁高温腐蚀,提高了煤粉的着火、稳燃的燃烧性能的结论
The numerical simulation of the primary jet of a horizontal shady jet burner with a complex nozzle shape in a tangential flow field is carried out using a near-streamline numerical calculation method.
