一、引言汽车、拖拉机和电器等制造行业,需要多种规格的型腔锻模和压铸模具。目前绝大多数型腔模具都是使用电火花机床和石墨电极来加工的,加工和修复石墨电极在型腔模具加工中占用大量工时。用普通的“车”—“刨”—“铣”—“手工修磨”—“样板检验”来加工石墨电极,既“脏”又“慢”,远远不能适应电火花加工型腔模具的需要,而且石墨电极的重复精度较差,不能满足多电极电火花加工来提高型腔模具精度的要求。因此,研究并提供一种高效的加工石墨电极方法,并提高石墨电极的复制精度是当前生产发展的需要。
