用由我室建立的小鼠腹部骨骼肌微循环观察方法研究了中药抗疲劳剂(商品名舒乐保健浴液简称SL)对小鼠腹部骨骼肌微循环的影响。用Adr作为引起微循环障碍的激动剂来模拟骨骼肌的疲劳,实验证明,SL有改善骨骼肌微循环障碍的作用。除微静脉口径之外,其它被测定的三项指标两组均值对比均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。这种效应解释了SL具有消除和缓解剧烈和持久运动引起疲劳的基本机理。
The influence of anti-fatigue agents (trade name Shule) on the microcirculation of abdominal skeletal muscle in mice was studied using the mouse abdominal skeletal muscle microcirculation observation method established by our laboratory. The use of Adr as an agonist that causes microcirculatory disturbance simulates skeletal muscle fatigue. Experiments have shown that SL can improve the microcirculatory disturbance of skeletal muscle. In addition to the caliber of the venous venous, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). This effect explains that SL has the basic mechanism of eliminating and relieving fatigue caused by intense and long-term exercise.
