心尖搏图的0点和 M 型超声心动图二尖瓣曲线的 D 点都是二尖瓣开放的标志。既往有学者应用上述两个标志点分别测得的等容舒张期存在差异。为探讨其原因,我们将心尖搏动图和 M 型超声心动图等同步记录,分析它们之间的相互关系。发现心尖搏动图的0点并非二尖瓣的开放起始点。兹将我们的实验方法和结论报告如下:
Point 0 of the apexogram and point D of the M-mode echocardiographic mitral curve are markers of mitral valve opening. Previous scholars have applied the above two markers were measured isovolumic diastolic differences. To explore its causes, we recorded apexcardiogram and M-mode echocardiography synchronously, and analyzed their interrelations. 0 point found apical beating chart is not the starting point of mitral valve opening.
