[目的]研究大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化粟米草总皂苷的工艺。[方法]利用大孔吸附树脂技术,通过对4种不同型号(AB-8、D101、HPD100、HPD600)的树脂进行选择,采用静态吸附方法确定适合的树脂型号;采用动态吸附方法,以总皂苷的得率为指标,考察其纯化富集的工艺条件。[结果]4种树脂型号中,D101型大孔吸附树脂对粟米草总皂苷具有良好的纯化富集作用,对粟米草总皂苷的洗脱率达80.9%,其工艺条件为:洗脱溶剂用体积分数为60%的乙醇,料液质量浓度为0.5 g/ml,洗脱速率为2 BV/h,树脂药材质量比2∶1。[结论]用D101型大孔吸附树脂富集和纯化粟米草总皂苷的工艺具有吸附量较大、洗脱率较高、树脂再生简便等优点,在粟米草皂苷的富集纯化和生产中具有推广应用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the process of enrichment and purification of corn saponin by macroporous adsorption resin.
