目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDN)规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2011年11月~2014年11月在我院接接受治疗的42例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象，给予对照组患者实施常规的保守治疗，给予观察组患者进行皮下注射胰岛素等规范治疗。结果对照组的妊高症、早产、剖宫产、胎儿窒息、胎儿畸形以及新生儿低血糖的发生率远远高于观察组，两组之间的差异显著具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病(GDN)规范化治疗可以有效地控制孕妇的血糖水平，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To explore the gestational diabetes (GDN)standardized treatment ef ects on pregnancy outcome.Methods Selected during November 2011 to November 2014 in our hospital after treatment of 42 patients with gestational diabetes as the research object,to the control group,routine conservative treatment for the given observation group of patients treatment with subcutaneous injections of insulin and other specifications.Results The control group of pih,premature delivery,cesarean section,fetal distress,fetal abnormalities,and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia is far higher than the observation group,the significant dif erence between the two groups have statistical significance( <0.05).Conclusion The gestational diabetes(GDN)standardized treatment can ef ectively control blood sugar levels among pregnant women.
