为了探求小麦新种质 2 4 1巨穗、粒大、结实率高等优良性状的遗传机理 ,应用单体分析和双端体分析方法对 2 4 1材料进行遗传学研究。结果表明 ,小麦新种质材料 2 4 1的 3A、5 A、 2 B、 1D和 6 D染色体上具有控制穗长的基因 ,其中 2 B染色体上的基因表现为强效 ,3A、5 A、 1D和 6 D染色体上的基因表现为弱效。控制穗长的基因定位在 3AL、 5 AL、 1DL和 6 DL染色体臂上 ,其中 6 DL染色体臂上可能具有控制 2 4 1穗长的 1个新基因。
In order to explore the genetic mechanism of the excellent traits of 24 4 spikelets, grain size and high seed setting rate of new wheat germplasm, the genetic analysis of 241 materials was carried out by using haplotype analysis and two-terminal analysis. The results showed that the genes controlling panicle length on 3A, 5 A, 2 B, 1D and 6 D chromosomes of the new wheat germplasm 2141 were highly potent and 3A, 5 A, Genes on the 1D and 6D chromosomes appear to be weak. The genes controlling panicle length are located on the 3AL, 5 AL, 1DL and 6 DL chromosome arms, of which 6 new genes may be present on the 6 DL chromosome arm that control the spike length of 241.
