在建工程项目的成本管理是一项事关建设及施工单位的重要管理活动。本文通过对在建项目工程成本管理的影响因素及成本管理原则的分析,深入探究当前在建工程项目管理中存在的问题,并就如何做好成本管理提出具有参考性价值的建议。
The cost management of projects under construction is an important management activity related to construction and construction units. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and cost management principles of project cost management in construction projects, this paper deeply explores the problems existing in the current project management of construction projects under construction and puts forward some suggestions on how to do cost management with reference value.
