YHJ-500型移动式砼搅拌站的主机,WJQ500D型单卧轴强制式搅拌机的搅拌筒为一U形槽,出料门安装在拌筒底部侧面。由于外叶片对物料的作用,有时会产生卡料现象,瞬时所产生的力量很大。出料门是用两个Φ100气顶启闭的,由于压缩空气具有弹性,出料门常被顶起来,使其关闭不严,产生积料或漏浆。因此,出料门的密封成为一个重要的问题。原出料门见图1,虽有橡胶垫又有垫板,但仍易积料和漏浆。我们研究了国内一些单卧
