本文研究了测定氰化物的三种高灵敏度方法。基于在碱性介质中,银离子同三种阳离子卟啉:5,10,15,20-四(1-甲基-2-吡啶)卟啉[T(2-MPy)P]、5,10,15,20-四(1-甲基-3-吡啶)卟啉[T(3-MPy)P]、5,10,15,20-四(1-甲基-4-吡啶)卟啉[T(4-MPy)P]的络合作用受氰化物的抑制。Ag(Ⅱ)络合物的吸光度的降低值与氰化物的浓度成正比例关系。方法灵敏度对0.001吸光度分别为0.133、0.126和0.234ng/cm~2。Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、碘化物和硫化物干扰氰化物的测定。所推荐的方法,已应用于废水中氰化物的测定,并获得满意的结果。
This article studies three highly sensitive methods for the determination of cyanide. Based on the presence of silver ions in the alkaline medium with the three cationic porphyrins: 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (1-methyl-2-pyridyl) porphyrin [T (2- MPy) P] (3-MPy) P], 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (1-methyl-4-pyridine) porphyrin [ T (4-MPy) P] is inhibited by cyanide. The decrease in absorbance of Ag (II) complexes is directly proportional to the cyanide concentration. Sensitivity to absorbance of 0.001 were 0.133, 0.126 and 0.234 ng / cm ~ 2, respectively. Cd (Ⅱ), Hg (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), iodide and sulfide interference cyanide determination. The recommended method has been applied to the determination of cyanide in wastewater and to obtain satisfactory results.
