目的 探讨大学生心理素质教育的方法。方法 本研究以海南大学某学院某系的 77名 2 0 0 2级本科新生为实验组 ,随机抽取其他系的 2 0 0 2级本科新生 77名为对照组 ,采用 SCL-90自评量表 ,1学年内 ,对实验组、对照组分别测试两次 ,并对实验组进行相关系列教育、个别心理辅导 ,最后对学生心理状况、学习、生活、工作、表现等方面进行对比分析。结果 实验组与对照组 1学年后对比 ,在心理素质、学习、生活等各方面有显著差异。结论 建立大学生心理档案 ,有计划、有目的、分层次地指导教育 ,是提高大学生心理素质、完善大学生人格的良好途径
Objective To explore the methods of college students’ psychological quality education. Methods In this study, 77 undergraduate freshmen from a department of a college in Hainan University were selected as the experimental group and 77 other 200 undergraduates were randomly selected as the control group. SCL-90 self-rating scale During the first academic year, the experimental group and the control group were tested twice and the relevant group education and individual psychological counseling were conducted on the experimental group. Finally, the students’ psychological status, study, living, work and performance were compared and analyzed. Results The experimental group and the control group after 1 academic year, there are significant differences in the aspects of psychological quality, study and life. Conclusion It is a good way to improve the psychological quality of undergraduates and perfect the personality of undergraduates by establishing the psychological files of undergraduates in a planned and purposeful way.
