用硫酸镁治疗肺心病心衰36例,疗效较好。病人均根据1977年第二次全国肺心病会议修订的诊断标准确诊,其中23例镁离子为0.9～2mEq/L。病人住院后均停用洋地黄等强心药,在治疗原发病的基础上给予硫酸镁2.5～5克,用10～25%葡萄糖稀释成0.5～1.25%的浓度静滴;或25%硫酸镁5～10毫升深部肌肉注射,每日1～2次。用药期间严密监测脉搏、血压
