门式刚架梁柱节点是一种组合节点,其受力受多因素影响。本文根据PKPM程序提供的梁柱连接节点螺栓拉力的计算方法,结合工程实例分析了其计算模型,将PKPM输出结果与规范计算结果比较。从理论上分析了节点失效的三种模式,根据三种不同模式得出了考虑杠杆力时端板厚度、外拉力、杠杆力之间的简化关系式。利用推导出的杠杆力简化计算公式校核螺栓直径和端板厚度取值的可靠性与否,并与PKPM输出结果对比分析,供设计人员工程设计时参考。
The portal girder joint is a kind of combined node whose force is affected by many factors. According to the calculation method of bolt tension of beam-column connection node provided by PKPM program and the engineering example, the calculation model of PK bolt output is compared with the standard calculation results. The three modes of node failure are theoretically analyzed. Based on the three different models, the simplified relationship between end plate thickness, external pull force and leverage is obtained. The deduced leverage is used to simplify the calculation formula to check the reliability of bolt diameter and thickness of the end plate. The results are compared with the results of PKPM output for the reference of designer’s engineering design.
