铁路提速、重载,加剧了曲线钢轨的伤损和磨耗超限,缩短了钢轨的使用寿命。本文介绍了在超长无线路地段以250m长轨条更换曲线磨耗轨并同时焊接,降低了成本延长了钢轨的使用寿命,增加了旅客列车的舒适度。
Rail speed, heavy load, exacerbated the curve of rail injury and wear out of limits, reducing rail life. This article describes the 250 meters long track in the long section of the road to replace the curved track wear and at the same time welding, reducing costs to extend the service life of the rail and increase passenger train comfort.
