论文以我国战略新兴产业企业生产类员工为研究对象,应用SPSS17.0软件对调查问卷进行实证分析,验证了战略新兴产业生产类员工的工作满意度、组织承诺对离职倾向具有显著的负向影响,而且工作满意度通过情感承诺维度与组织承诺形成正向相关关系,组织承诺在工作满意度与离职倾向间的中介效应明显。同时,论文构建了三变量间的路径系数关系图,并依据工作满意度各因素对离职倾向的影响差异性,提出了战略新兴产业生产类员工人力资源管理措施的改进建议,为打造数量稳定、技术过硬的战略新兴产业员工队伍奠定基础。
The thesis takes production staff in strategic emerging industries as the research object, and uses SPSS17.0 software to make an empirical analysis of the questionnaire, which verifies the job satisfaction of employees in the strategic emerging industries. Organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on the turnover intention , And job satisfaction formed a positive correlation with the organizational commitment through the dimension of emotional commitment. The intermediary effect of organizational commitment between job satisfaction and turnover intention was obvious. At the same time, the paper constructs the path coefficient relationship between the three variables, and proposes the improvement suggestions of the human resources management measures of the strategic emerging industry production staff according to the difference of the impact of various factors on the turnover intention.
