计量光栅位移传感器输出的两路正交莫尔信号包含了位移的全部信息,通过对其进行数据采样和数据处理可以达到对莫尔信号高倍细分的目的。本文提出了一种新的细分算法,给出了以微控制器为核心的细分电路结构和工作原理,并分析了这种细分方法的分辨力。
The two orthogonality Moiré signals output by the grating displacement sensor contain all the information of the displacement. Through the data sampling and data processing, the Moiré signal can be subdivided. In this paper, a new subdivision algorithm is proposed, and the structure and working principle of the subdivision circuit with micro-controller as the core are given. The resolution of this subdivision method is also analyzed.
