This article describes the small automatic line, the spindle is arranged side by side on the workpiece to be machined, while the workpiece by the conveyor belt from the side by side to the spindle center line up. In the so-called “automatic line”, the workpiece is only moving in the direction of the conveyor belt movement, while the spindle is moving toward the workpiece to complete the required processing steps. In this way, each spindle requires movement in the direction of its axis along the axis of the bed, thus requiring adjustments, control elements and complex structures and controls to effect such movement. Therefore, the production cost of such automatic lines is high. Conversely, productivity is lower when they are used to make certain parts.
