日本电气公司已开发采用有效象素数约200万(水平1920×垂直1035)CCD型固体摄象器件的三板式彩色摄象机。标准摄象条件(2000lx,F2.8,色温3200K)的信噪比为54dB。采用相关双重取样电路,以降低噪声。饱和被摄体亮度为8000lx。最小被摄体亮度为250lx,其信噪比为36dB。斑点范围为0.1%~1%(1/10v测量),现在正在研究控制斑点的方法,预计1990年实用化。另外,200万个象素数的CCD东芝也在制作。
NEC has developed a three-panel color camera using a CCD solid-state image pickup device with an effective pixel count of about 2 million (horizontal 1920 × vertical 1035). The standard imaging conditions (2000lx, F2.8, color temperature 3200K) signal to noise ratio of 54dB. Use the relevant double sampling circuit to reduce noise. Saturated subject brightness 8000lx.
