采用混合两相流模型对不同流量下IS100-65-200型离心泵内定常三维湍流空化流场进行模拟,分析了流道中压力分布、液体发生空化的位置、空泡组分的体积比以及空化对泵外特性的影响。结果表明,该泵具有良好的抗空化性能;所研究的工况下,空化对外特性影响较弱。计算结果与试验数据基本吻合,表明了本文所提出的离心泵空化性能数值研究方法的可行性。
The mixed two-phase flow model was used to simulate the steady three-dimensional turbulent flow field in a centrifugal pump of IS100-65-200 under different flow rates. The pressure distribution in the flow channel, the position of liquid cavitation, the volume ratio As well as cavitation on the pump characteristics. The results show that the pump has a good anti-cavitation performance; under the conditions studied, the cavitation has little effect on the external characteristics. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which shows the feasibility of the numerical method for the cavitation performance of the centrifugal pump proposed in this paper.
